Performance Anxiety and Perfectionism Age 12+
This workshop explores the hidden pressures behind performance anxiety and perfectionism. Whether in academics, professional, or creative pursuits, many youth and adults struggle with fear of failure, self-doubt, and the relentless pursuit of unrealistic standards. Participants will gain insight into these patterns and learn practical tools to reframe their perception of success, build confidence, manage pressure, and perform with greater calm and clarity.
