These interactive, in-person programs, designed and led by an experienced CBT-therapist and expert in human behaviour, provide youth and adults with the fundamental tools to cultivate emotional intelligence, strengthen cognitive behavioral skills, and build strong immunity against mental, behavioural, and social health challenges.
