We specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — the gold standard treatment for anxiety disorders. We tailor our approach to each client's age, background, and personal circumstances, helping them understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical responses while building practical, life-long skills for preventing and managing anxiety and related biopsychosocial issues. Service is available in English and Russian.
Children
We support children along their developmental journey and help them navigate emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. We also help them build skills of ding it independently.
Youth
We help youth who struggle with emotional and behavioural dysregulation, anxiety and symptoms of ADHD, low self-esteem, identity crisis, and relationships stress.
Parents
We work with parents, caregivers, co-parents, and blended families to provide practical, evidence-based parenting guidance, tools, and strategies.
Adults
We help adults struggling with generalized and specific anxiety, work-related stress, difficult relationships and major life changes and transitions.
