Psychotherapy and Counselling
The Barrie Anxiety Clinic serves as a Family Mental Health Centre, offering psychoeducation, treatment, and counseling for a wide range of anxiety disorders and concurrent conditions affecting children, adolescents, and adults.
We collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and communities to enhance the enjoyment of life for you and your child.
We employ evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Our methodology is informed by trauma, adversity, cultural awareness, and LGBTQ+ considerations.
Our counseling approach extends beyond psychological issues, taking into account the client's personal, cultural, social, environmental, and biological factors.
Educational and Speaking Services
